WHO WE ARE

An organisation built around knowledge, dialogue and participation.

BGCA should be understood through its institutional purpose, people, systems, values and long-term direction — not through one event or programme.

Bheem Gyan Charcha Association

BGCA is a social, educational and community-oriented organisation creating meaningful spaces for learning, discussion, awareness, training and constructive participation.

Its intellectual inspiration includes values associated with Dr. B. R. Ambedkar — education, equality, dignity, liberty, fraternity, democratic citizenship and constitutionalism — while remaining open to constructive ideas from other leaders, thinkers and social reformers.

The programmes may change with time. The organisation’s values, institutional purpose and constitutional framework provide continuity.
